PRE-BIDDED adopt designs are not entitled to edits, UNLESS autobought and if it was discussed beforehand. It's not a custom design, it's a normal character design adopt.

If I did not offer big edits, you MAY NOT request them, such as: color palette, poses, body modification,etc.

These do not have a set date to be finished and posted, so be aware of it before bidding.

The character might end up with different design from what was posted in preview, be aware of this fact! (Unlikely)

Some character designs end up being autobought before going for public auction, so be sure to grab them as soon as you can!

If no autobuy was set, you may DM an offer for autobuy and discuss payment plans.

This T.O.S is also applicable to pre-bidded adopts.

Is made via invoice on PayPal or Ko-fi.

Current currency : USD or EUR.

Payment plans are accepted, but you’ll need to pay a deposit, to ensure you’re getting the character design. This deposit is NOT refundable!!

The deposit isn’t refundable, NO MATTER what is the reason! Being for giving up on the design or not being able to pay the rest (examples), you won’t get a refund.

Refunds are NOT ALLOWED! So, be sure that you want to purchase my services or character designs.

You may request minor changes/edits in the character design you bought. DISCUSS BEFOREHAND!

I WON'T add/edit/remove stuff after we made the agreement and you paid. Everything must be accorded before I recieve the payment, as a safe measure for me and you.

Extra art I offer will be done in my time, DO NOT rush me.

I'm not responsible for extras that other people offered. If they are taking too long or don't want to do anymore, it's not my responsibility. You may talk to them, but it's something separated from your purchase with me. They offered it as GIFTS, so, it's not an obligation.

You MAY NOT edit the original drawing yourself. Please, message me to do it for you or ask permission to edit.

Credit me at least ONCE for the character design.

You MAY NOT ask for a refund, as you own the character now. But you can resell it, for the same price you paid.

When reselling, you can only sell for the same price you originally bought for, UNLESS you got more art of the character.

If an emergency appears, I still CANNOT refund. You may resell the character for the price you bought.

By paying the invoice it’s sent to you, you are automatically confirming that you are aware that you’re paying for a digital service/product, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.

You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback, as by paying the invoice, you are confirming your access and/or ownership of the PayPal (or similars) account and money in it.

Any attempts of chargeback are considered bad faith claim and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made.

If you use the digital product after getting a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal actions and blacklisting/callouts.

YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART WITH AI IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM!!!

Everything you obtain from me is for NON COMMERCIAL USE. If you wish to use it for commercial reasons, you need PERMISSION from me (and friend's if its a collab) and theres an increase in price.

I claim all the rights of my artwork, but won't resell or reuse the character design you bought from me. I'll only use it to promote my work.

I'll do things in my time. DO NOT rush me, specially with free art. I won't make your raffle prize if you rush me. It's free art, so I'm entitled to revoke it whenever I want and for whatever reason I have.

I have the right to deny my services for whatever reason.

You may repost art you got from me, but you MUST credit me.

You'll recieve WIPs of your commission and after approved for lining, I WON'T make any other edits unless paid for, so be sure everything is ok before I finish it.

I WON'T make more than 3 edits in the work. More than 3 will be required payment of an extra.

This T.O.S is for any services including me in.

This T.O.S is applicable for collab adopts I make with friends.
